About Us

Hi We're Willie & Kaylin Hollingsworth, owners of The Crow’s Court. We started in 2019 and have been featured on WKYT and have our products stocked in shops across Kentucky. The first question we always get asked is “What does the name mean?” It has a few different meanings really.
Crow’s will bring you shiny and unusual things and that's exactly what we do. You’ll see more than a hint of Celtic, and fantasy-styled Lord Of the Rings inspiration in our work. We give our well-known black tent an old-world feel with burlap table covers and lantern light. We create works of art from our small home in Hillsboro, Ohio. Spilling out of our craft room, into the hallway, and into the kitchen. At any given time the house smells like leather, with giant rolls tucked in every corner. Willie is our leather crafter, he uses quality American-tanned hides. He creates wallets, journals, keychains, maps, and other drawings by hand. I myself, make jewelry from natural materials working with gemstones, glass, sterling silver, and copper. Occasionally in winter months, I will bring along crochet dragon scale gloves and cable scarfs.
The Crow’s Court is a play on words. While a King's court includes his counsel and household, living in his lavish castle no doubt. Crows live everywhere, big cities, little farms, or forests. The Crow’s Court encompasses everyone but especially the festival goers, meeting under our big tent to shoot the breeze and enjoy the shade.
There is one more thing I’d like to mention. The Crow's Court makes a monthly donation to Kentucky and Ohio forests and earthwork preservation. Like all good Kentuckians, we all love the forests, Hopewell mounds, and bigfoots of Appalachia. When you shop with us just know your dollars allow us to contribute more every month to local conservation groups.
We can't wait to create something special for you!
